Puckett PT is a cash-based practice. No insurance is required. We accept HSA and FSA cards, Tricare, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, cash, and checks. Superbills are available upon request so you can seek out-of-network reimbursement through your plan.

No prescription is needed to get started. Texas law does require a physician prescription to continue PT beyond two weeks. Our team can help you obtain one from a physician of your choice. An evaluation can be completed first, and the plan of care can then be sent to your doctor.

At most clinics, you spend 20 minutes with a tech and get the same exercises everyone else gets. At Puckett PT, every minute of every session is one-on-one with your Doctor of PT. A board-certified sports specialist builds a program around your sport, your body, and your goals.
